Before booking a health checkup in Bangkok, ask for a named package, its itemized contents, and written booking terms. A label such as “executive” or “comprehensive” gives you less useful information than knowing which consultations are included, when your report will arrive, and what could cost extra.

1. Compare the actual tests and examinations

Request the current inclusion list for each exact package. Separate laboratory tests, imaging, physical examinations, and specialist appointments so you can see where the options differ.

2. Record the price and both booking deadlines

Ask for a written price in Thai baht, who it applies to, how payment works, and whether you need to buy through a particular channel. International visitors should confirm eligibility for the exact offer with the hospital before paying.

Distinguish the purchase deadline from the deadline to use the package. 3. Separate the appointment from the finished report

Confirm who discusses your findings, which results can be reviewed during the visit, and when the complete report will be available. Also ask about an English-language copy and access after you leave Thailand.

4. Ask what would be billed separately

A useful question is: “If the doctor recommends something beyond this package, how will you explain the extra cost before I agree?”

7. Establish who answers questions afterward
