How we vet providers
To be listed, a provider must meet a minimum threshold across every line below. Listings are editorial. Paid promotion is allowed but visually distinct ("Sponsored placement") and never affects rankings or reviews.

The global gold standard for hospital quality and patient safety. Re-evaluated every 3 years. ~70 Thai hospitals hold this accreditation.
The national hospital accreditation standard. Required for top-tier private hospitals.

Editorial independence
ThaiCheckup is funded by partnerships with vetted providers (success-based referral fees, no charge to patients). We disclose this openly. Partnerships have no impact on which providers we list, how we rank them, or what we recommend through the concierge.

Complaints & mediation
If something goes wrong — clinical, administrative, or financial — we mediate. Patients can reach our independent patient relations team via the inquiry form below or email [email protected]. We respond within 24 hours and follow a documented process.
Data & privacy
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with Thailand's PDPA and the EU's GDPR. We never share your data with a provider without your written consent. Medical records uploaded via the inquiry form are encrypted with signed URLs and stored separately from identifying details.
