Our history
BNH (Bangkok Nursing Home) opened in 1898 after Bangkok's British community petitioned King Chulalongkorn for a nursing home modeled on British practice. More than 125 years on, BNH occupies the same two-acre site on Convent Road in the heart of Silom, surrounded by mature trees and a few minutes from Bangkok's financial district. It is Thailand's oldest private hospital and a boutique alternative to the larger Bangkok hospitals.
